Okay, so this one has cheese! My Hubby can grill up the most AMAZING burgers EVER! To which I add Fresh salsa, grilled pineapple and this time some sauteed mushrooms... HEAVENLY!
Soooooo not something I can eat right now!! But it looks good!! I am down 15.1 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks!! I have been in a bit of a stall but that is to be expected and I am dealing with it today...so hopefully I will be down more tomorrow. I did put a link to the protocol on my blog, not that you need to read about weight loss..but it did help me understand my body more! It is under my friends blogs and I named it Simeon.
1. No agressive working out until I've lost most pregnancy weight through healthy eating. I believe people who work out hard to burn fat instead of giving up problem foods just end up bulking up. I'm not a fan of the bulky look.
2. No Sugar for 2-24 hours after working out.
3. No carbs after 3:00 pm.
4. No un-natural sugars or processed foods. Period.
Beau and I have been married for ten years and we have six amazing little men. We love working, playing, and learning together everyday as a family. Right now some of our favorite things are, reading, camping, movie nights, bbq's, picnics, parks, swimming and mud castles in the back yard. Thanks for visiting!
