Eat Nuts

For sweet tooths

If you need something sweet try eating dark chocolate covered almonds. It doesn't take very many to satisfy a sweet craving. I just get a bag of dark chocolate chips and trow a few in with a handful of raw almonds when I need a treat. So yummy!

My # 2 Favorite:
Playing with the Wii fit.
30 min with this is just FUN.

What I still want to try:
Zumba.
It looks like so much fun!
But for me the stay at home options are the best.
Maybe I'll give the DVD's a try!
