1. No agressive working out until I've lost most pregnancy weight through healthy eating. I believe people who work out hard to burn fat instead of giving up problem foods just end up bulking up. I'm not a fan of the bulky look.
2. No Sugar for 2-24 hours after working out.
3. No carbs after 3:00 pm.
4. No un-natural sugars or processed foods. Period.
Beau and I have been married for ten years and we have six amazing little men. We love working, playing, and learning together everyday as a family. Right now some of our favorite things are, reading, camping, movie nights, bbq's, picnics, parks, swimming and mud castles in the back yard. Thanks for visiting!
